Deliv
Smarter deliveries with real-time tracking and seamless communication
Delivery updates were unclear. More visibility was needed.
Deliv is a last-mile delivery platform designed to improve transparency between customers and couriers.
I designed the experience around live tracking, direct messaging, and a streamlined order workflow to make deliveries feel more predictable and easier to manage.

Project Overview
Deliv was designed to improve transparency, efficiency, and trust between customers and couriers.
I focused on live tracking, direct messaging, and a streamlined order workflow to reduce unclear status updates, delivery delays, and communication gaps.
As Lead UX Designer, I guided the design process from research to final execution, including competitive analysis, prototyping, and usability testing.

Problem
Customers struggled with inconsistent delivery updates and limited visibility into order status.
Couriers also lacked reliable tools for managing deliveries and communicating changes efficiently.
These issues created frustration, delays, and missed expectations on both sides.
Objective
Design a delivery experience that gives customers clearer visibility into their orders while helping couriers manage tasks more efficiently.
The experience needed to support real-time tracking, direct messaging, and a streamlined workflow without adding unnecessary complexity.
Process
I used competitive analysis, lo-fi wireframes, and iterative prototyping to explore how Deliv could make delivery status and communication easier to understand. The work focused on identifying gaps in existing delivery experiences, then translating those findings into a clearer end-to-end flow.
Competitive Analysis
I reviewed existing delivery experiences to understand how they handled location visibility, status updates, and communication between customers and couriers. This helped identify opportunities to bring tracking and messaging into a more connected experience.

Lo-Fi Wireframes
I translated the initial direction into low-fidelity wireframes to map the core delivery flow before moving into visual design. The wireframes explored how customers could view delivery status, access tracking information, and communicate within the experience.

Solution
The final concept brought delivery tracking, status updates, and messaging into one experience. Customers could access delivery information and communicate with couriers through a more centralized flow designed to make key information easier to find and manage.
Impact
The work resulted in a delivery concept that combined live tracking, status visibility, and direct messaging in one experience.
It gave customers a clearer way to follow their deliveries and created a more centralized workflow for couriers to manage delivery-related tasks.

Reflection
This project reinforced that in last-mile delivery, the experience extends beyond placing an order. Customers need to understand where their delivery is and have a clear way to communicate when they need help.
Designing tracking, status information, and messaging as connected parts of one workflow helped me focus on making the experience more transparent and easier to navigate for both customers and couriers.
